Date with Daddy
Yesterday…
My new pretty hair 
I went and got my hair cut. It took a while because along with getting it cut, I got some light highlights! I also had them curl it, because it looks pretty that way. So.. this is what it looks like, (I felt like a princess so I was wearing a tiara!)
Also, on Friday there was a Father Daughter Ball. My friend Briana and her sister went with their dad but I had never remembered to suggest it. Instead my dad and I went out last night. We got all dressed up and headed over to Olive Garden. Unfortunately even though we had gotten there early there was some young basketball teams going there for dinner after a game, so it was busy. We went around looking to see if there was a movie, but there really isn’t anything interesting out. So we walked around the mall. There was a cologne that my friend and I had seen called “pi” (the symbol). My dad and I just had to smell it. It’s kind of a sweet smell. By the time we were finished we were able to eat! Dinner was good. My dad and I just talked a lot. I enjoyed going. I think we should do it again sometime.

I have to say that it was my pleasure to be with the cutest girl out that evening. And considering how crowded it was, I had lots to compare her to – but there was no contest, she was by far the cutest.
I liked the comment our waitress made (when we finally did get seated): “Wow, I feel a little under-dressed.” She was a little under-dressed for us – we looked sharp!
We should definitely go out often! Next time I’ll have to wear my bow tie.
