The perfect toast
So I’m sure many of you are wondering why I like toast so much. Because of that (and because I want to tell you..) I’m going to share my “recipe” for perfect toast. El pan tostado perfecto.
First, I love potato bread, I’m not sure why but it’s the best.
Then, it’s toasted only slightly so it’s warm and a little tiny bit crunchy, there’s not much browning on the bread
Next, lightly spread salted butter all over a side of bread and place on a folded paper towel (I’m not sure why, but that’s just how I eat toast - no plate, a paper towel)
Finally, enjoy your perfect toast which ever way you like, sitting down, standing up, on your head, in the air, in a box, with a fox…. whatever

It seems the way you like to enjoy your toast the most is while walking to the bus stop - which could explain the paper towel aspect….

I’m not going to get my hopes up but is there any chance that the potato bread is gluten free?
Holly, I don’t believe the toast J’Neil loves most is completely gluten free, but there are safe potato bread recipes I’ve heard are good.
Craig has been making a number of things with almond & coconut flour that I think are really quite tasty. How’s the celiac management going? After living without grains for the past six month, I have had much sympathy for you!
